PV Paws

We are a 501c(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to saving dogs who need to be rescued. We are a place of second chances, where dogs who have been abandoned, neglected, injured, sick or old are given the care and compassion they deserve. We provide safe shelter, nutritious food, and medical care, while also offering patience, training, and emotional healing to help each dog feel secure again. Volunteers and staff work closely with every dog to understand their personality and needs, ensuring they are matched with a loving, responsible family. Through dedication, kindness, and hope, we don’t just save lives—we help dogs find their forever homes where they can finally feel safe, loved, and part of a family.

 

  • Minnie (ADOPTED)

    Minnie is a 1-year-old Chihuahua mix with a gentle soul and a heart full of love. Despite surviving the unimaginable—being thrown from a moving car—Minnie’s trust in people remains beautifully intact. Her resilience is inspiring, and her sweetness shines through in everything she does. Minnie is shy at first and needs a little time to feel safe, but once she does, she truly blossoms. She becomes incredibly affectionate and loves to cuddle, happily soaking up time with her people and being part of a family. She’s the kind of dog who bonds deeply and rewards patience with endless love. Minnie has received a full veterinary wellness exam and is spayed, vaccinated, dewormed, and flea-treated. She is currently working on potty training and crate training and is making steady progress. If you’re looking for a gentle, loyal companion who just wants a safe place to land and a family to love, Minnie may be your perfect match.

This smart little guy is learning how to sit and is doing amazing with potty training, proving he’s not just cute—he’s clever too!

    Teddy is an active, playful teddy bear who loves exploring, chasing toys, and happily playing with other dogs. When he’s not on the move, he’s all about the snuggles, soaking up every bit of love he can get. He has a gentle, loving nature and a strong desire to please, making him a joy to be around and a quick learner.

He is a total cuddle bug who loves nothing more than curling up for snuggles and soaking in all the affection he can get. While he enjoys playtime and having fun, Simba is just as happy relaxing by your side, making him the perfect mix of playful and calm.

    This smart little love bug is already learning his manners and knows how to sit, and he’s doing an amazing job with potty training. He’s eager to please, quick to learn, and has such a gentle, easygoing personality. Simba truly is one of those rare pups who just goes with the flow and fills the room with love wherever he is.
